Most motors in this size range do come with the plugs already installed because most boards that they would be used with have the mating connectors installed on the FC board. Besides the 1002, you can find alternatives that are 1102 size. As mentioned, you can also add the plugs to the motors that don't have them. Although you could crimp your own, I don't. I generally just by the JST 1.25 3-pin pigtails or the pre-crimped connector kits.
