Depending on how much customization you want to do, you could use something like Rolife Dora’s Loft and just find some miniature/dollhouse brick cladding for the walls? And then paint everything a darker color scheme…use printable transparency sheets for window signs… Something like this…just an AI mockup, but you could easily print your own wall art. The “props” are all more difficult to source, but there are lots of 3D artists on Etsy who will print custom jobs. Our own venerable mod u/pluck-the-bunny does custom 3D printing, too.
