You can get aquarium safe driftwood/twigs/almond leaves for rather inexpensive on Amazon. Would make him feel much more secure. He does look a bit stressed, I think the tank space is just a bit too open without much to explore for him, or hide in. I use this driftwood/twig/root bundle, and these almond leaves in my tanks.
