Be careful with Dan McClellan. In his book The Bible Says So he argues that the Bible has no inherent meaning and that its authority is merely a social construct determined by readers and cultural groups. McClellan's arguments, which may seem persuasive in brief, one-sided social media videos [i.e. Tik Tok, YouTube], fall flat and logical flaws become evident when examined closely. McClellan has three foundational issues he focuses on: Inspiration: He views the Bible as not inspired by God; it's just a collection of purely human products Inerrancy: Thus the Bible is full of errors.. Univocality: ...and it's a centuries-long library collection of people arguing with each other. None of this is considered to be remotely close to historical, Biblical Christianity. Note: I don't know of anyone who hates McCellen, but a lot of people think that he is dead wrong, and demonstratively so. Read him if you'd like, but also read the counters to his views as well.
