Pick you up a pack of wood furniture touch-up markers. You can search on Amazon (or online, in general) for them. They're also sold at craft stores (just saw them at Hobby Lobby today). It's never going to be perfect again, as it looks like a vinyl veneer that's been scratched. So, the pigment/ink has been physically removed from the surface. So, without re-veneering the entire tabletop (not easy if you've never done anything like that before) then your best bet is to just fill in the scratch with some furniture repair markers. You can alternate between dark brown and light brown, if you want - that's what I'd do. It'll help match the "grain" of the faux wood texture. If you feel like you messed up on the markering, you can try and remove it with some isopropyl alcohol on a rag, and try again once it dries. It'll never go back to how it originally was - but you can mask it with some touching-up. Hope that helps. I've done the above on several pieces of furniture, from wood to vinyl to plastic.
