Yes, I had similar issue but when I emailed them they are willing to fix, replace, reship things to people having any issues, repossess a bit slow right now due to the lunch but they they do respond. They are flip flopping on the unlock, assuming they wanna finish up the initial batches and then maybe unlock later.
