I mean slightly DIY, you can buy the carbon cannister and ventilator as a bundle, it is plug and play, just put them on top of each other and turn it on, only downside is they are ugly. this is an example, I dont know this brand but this is the setup. It is the only way to get what you want, unless you are willing to spend 500 usd more for a prettier traditional air filter Many other air purifiers claim they work against odours, but what they dont tell you is they maybe have 50-100g worth of active carbon, meaning it might work for 1-2 weeks tops.
