If I were trying an outdoor antenna in that location, I would probably initially try pointing the https://www.newark.com/stellar-labs/30-2485/complete-outdoor-40-mile-hdtv/dp/71Y5463 / https://www.amazon.com/30-2485-Complete-Outdoor-Mile-Antenna/dp/B01BP4GCLU (use an RG-6 coax cable instead of its included RG-59 cable) directly at the NBC transmitter at 260 degrees magnetic. That would hopefully pick up the weaker predicted NBC signal well enough and also pick up the other stronger signals off angle, without overloading your tv tuner.
