I'm ASD/ADHD as well and have struggled with this a bit as well (plus finding something that i can do everyday as my hair grows quickly enough that it becomes too prickly/abrasive for my partner otherwise). I've recently bought one of these and is been great. As long as I only use a light pressure and don't go overboard, there's little to no tenderness (even if using it on my M genitals) despite using it multiple times daily. Takes about 5 minutes and I apply a shaving balm afterwards. There were some cheaper options, but this one seemed to have good reviews (especially for coarse hair) and seems like it should have extremely long lifespan as long as I don't smash it.
