If you have a Microcenter near you, most have a one or two 4' sections of used HDDs (well, St Louis Park and Overland Park did the last time I was in them, so I assume others do as well) ... I have gotten several 2.5 HDD's there and had pretty good luck with them. They don't sell them online though, only in physical stores. Otherwise, I know you can the WD Black 5TB HDD on Amazon for like $195... it is marketed as a for "Xbox, Playstation, or PC" and it works fine.
