I just got the gems in the mail today and I must say that the bigger, 80mm is highly recommended. they cost more on average, but it is worth it, with the smaller one, you can barely see it, and there is not much surface space on top to support for their frilly behinds. they almost slide right off. I am sure you want them to stay in place for display. But sadly the stands for both are too short, so their feet do not clear the floor. There is a taller or bigger stand that you can get though. I have been looking into this for the last hour since I got home. The default stand is only 30mm tall, but I have found a separate listing for the taller stands that are 40mm tall. The hole in the middle might be wider which would make the gem sit lower though. It is already annoying that having to get the gem adds another $10-$15 for each figure. Now you have to spend even more money on the taller/bigger stands to make the gem high enough. If anyone has found a listing that has the bigger gems with the bigger bases. please let us know.
