Campbell’s Condensed Chicken Noodle Soup, 10.75 oz Can

I’m so sorry, I dealt with very similar a few years back. I was 85 pounds but my nutrition markers were still normal and it was so fucking frustrating. I looked like I was dying but my labs said otherwise. The one shake I liked was Quest chocolate, although in the end all shakes are personal taste preference, I tried over a dozen before finding one I could stomach. Have you tried anything with ginger? I got ginger candy that helped soothe my stomach. Besides that, I lived off of Gatorade (my fav is the light blue) and buttery crackers, with a few sips of chicken soup when I could stomach it. I had alarms set multiple times an hour to take one sip of a drink so I wasn’t pushing myself and but also wasn’t staying completely dry, because if I wasn’t prompted I just wouldn’t even look at a drink. It took me a little over a year to stop dropping weight and then a few more years to VERY slowly build my body back to something approaching normal.
