I think I had to buy the thread adapter separately. You lock back the slide and unscrew the thread protector that also acts as a barrel shroud retainer, then you put the adapter on. I got a small knipex tool just for those adapters, and it was a perfect fit (https://a.co/d/04d5pQ9p). The adapter looks something like this: https://www.silencercentral.com/products/walther-p-22-silencer-thread-adapter The trigger isn't too bad, definitely lighter than the 380 trigger. The main issue I have is malfunctions after like 50 rounds suppressed, but that's basically par for the course with 22.
