For the dangly plates I actually just use shepherds hooks. Best ones I’ve found are from ACE Hardware. They are solid through out and can take a 5.56 glance shot. Was going to use some from Home Depot but realized they aren’t solid throughout. I also took a bench grinder to the bottoms to make them a bit pointy so they are easier to drive into the ground.
