If forced cooling is acceptable, server PSUs are getting ridiculous power density.

I've bought many OEM power supplies through Amazon. Though I do agree they appear to be in much more limited supply these days. Dell has 7.4mm, 4.5mm and USB C. I have no idea what you need?
