Maybe something like Carolina Matterhorn. They will probably still be pretty heavy even though they are comp toe. Honestly, 8 inch boots in general will be on the heavy side. Could also look at Jim Green AR8. They don't have a rubber toe guard, but they are double lasted, so there is about 4mm of leather to work through. Maybe combine that with some KGs Boot Guard or Tuff Toe? Jim Green boots are all leather boots, so not as much material weighing them down compared to other brands. Hope you find something that works.
