Is there a reason that you want all 140mm fans? If you're concerned about heat, that's now an issue when you have 10 fans regardless of size. And pretty much any AIO will be overkill for cooling a 9800X3D. As for noise, that is more a function of fan speed. With PWM fans, you can set custom fan curves to keep speed (and noise) down. Suggestions below that cut the price down to kr 24927 / $2589, so cutting about kr 1300 / $130 from the list. CPU Cooler: Less expensive 360mm AIO with aRGB. Motherboard: Less expensive X870 that will do the same. Storage: Better spec 2TB PCie 4 NVME (better endurance ratings). Video Card: Less expensive 9070 XT. Case: Less expensive fish-tank style case. It comes with four 120mm PWM aRGB fans (three reverse flow on the bottom as intake, one standard flow at the rear as exhaust). Added three more reverse flow 120mm PWM aRGB for intake on the side.
