Not OP but I do a lot of “neon” projects - the best brand with this style that I’ve found is Lamomo. They’re consistent with their color matching and can be cut/spliced every ~0.5” If you happen to have access to a CNC though, this version is awesome, super easy to lay out complex shapes since the silicone and LEDs are separate
