This is what my surgeon recommended to me, but it is pricey. It’s been working pretty well for my thicker scar, but they unfortunately don’t last long. I follow their care guide and still only get about a week or two out of each strip (possibly because I’m washing them too often tbh). They do come with tape so you can hold it down, though.
