I hate the prebottled shakes. But the 20g protein Chobani yogurts are great to me, try one of those and see how you like it? There's also plenty of protein yogurts like Oikos, in a cup, so you can scoop/eat it. Alternatively - cottage cheese, certain beans (like eden organic black soybeans) And I could NEVER get in the habit of eating breakfast so I drink a protein shake. Tried many. Tried Prime Protein, didn't like the flavors, I have a massive sweet tooth and I'm picky about the flavors too. But I tried this one by Boba Nutrition and I reaaaaaaally freakin like it. Like really. It seems stupid and annoyingly expensive to me but there is NO other way that I'm getting that protein in early. 1 scoop is 22g protein and then I use whole/2% fairlife milk and the total of my drink ends up being like 35g protein. Their shipping is kinda slow and 1 bag covers 16 servings so I tend to order 2, which makes it cheaper cause then I get free shipping 💀 And also they used to always turn out clumpy for me with my other 2 milk frothers/mixers so I got this thing and that problem is completely eliminated now, it turns out fluffy frothy smooth
6:50am breakfast (never hungry at this time): quick protein shake (1 scoop protein powder) + 1 cup fairlife milk (I've used whole and 2%). Gives me 35g protein, 10g fat, 21g carbs. 😄 Would have more protein with one of the actual protein milk bottles they make, but I hate the flavor.(and for anyone who has issues with protein shakes because they're clumpy, try this thing, I swear to god, I've tried so many of these but this one actually leaves no clumps with my powder, but use LESS liquid at first because IT KICKS UP SO MUCH, I made a giant mess first time, it's strong > https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CBK3G667 ) 10:30am "second breakfast" when I'm actually hungry: 3 eggs and 1 cup rice. That's roughly 21g protein but I don't stress it because of the earlier shake.
