I’ve gotten 2 of these dresses/romper things off of Amazon. Basically they are mass produced and sold by many different sellers so I just look at the reviews and pick the one that has the most. 😅 This is the one I have. I have it in 2 colors and I’ve worn them multiple times. Fits pretty much as one would expect. I got the XXL and I’m usually that size in other brands. I do sometimes wear a t shirt underneath it as it shows some side boob but it’s nothing crazy and I’ve worn it without as well.
