Pea sized amount is roughly equal to 0.5ml of gel. You can buy a 0.5ml measuring spoon on Amazon. It’s 1/10tsp. This is how I used for E gel. I used a small container from a sample of cream. Put the E gel in the container. Everyday I used the spoon and scooped out the amount needed. You have to protect the gel from air and light. Kept it in a drawer.When on vacation, I poked a pin hole in the sachet and squeezed the dose into the spoon.
