Totally, you can get 3 packs of Thermalrite 120mm fans (the most common PC case size) for like 13 USD. I run them in a couple alternate rigs (LR gaming, compute rig) and they work great and are quiet. OP not sure how much they run in your country but it's probably not a lot. You don't need premium Noctua fans for a single card air cooled rig, you probably don't need them for anything really unless you insist on buying premium.
