I don't have Bengals, but I have 2 mixed breeds and one (10M) is part Maine Coon, so he is rather large. The other (9F) is about half his size. The male has been essentially using the female as his stress ball when he is hungry, bored, anxious, etc. - never actually injuring her, but pretty much as close as he could get to it without causing real harm. Outside of him being a massive bully, they love each other; they snuggle and he grooms her and all that. I've tried a lot of things and the only thing I've found to actually make a difference in his behavior is Feliway pheromone diffusers; specifically these ones meant for multi-cat homes where there is fighting/tension: https://a.co/d/0hfhNvvy He has been MUCH more passive since I started using them. I can think of 2 times in the last ~3 weeks or so since I started using them that he has gone for her. Prior to getting these, he was going after her 1-3 times a day. Another thing you could try Purina Calming Care, its a probiotic that has been proven to help with aggression. I started my male cat on it but was not super consistent with remembering to put it in his food. However, since the diffusers have been working I stopped bothering with it. It was one of the recommendations from my vet though, and it can take a month or so before you start noticing any benefits from it.
