I have a Massimo 12V compressor cooler I bought from Costco years ago. It's just a cheap basic design, better coolers certainly exist. While I haven’t stress tested it to 100F, I think does a decent job keeping food items at a safe temperature. I just run it on my camper's battery (100ah lead acid, even better if you're using lithium), and it lasts a weekend just fine. At full tilt I think the cooler only uses 40W, so 100W solar should keep your battery topped up just fine throughout the day (barring other loads). Keep in mind the cooler isn't/shouldn't be running constantly once it reaches the set temperature. I do have an Ecoflow I bring along as well, just in case. I would recommend getting a cooler than can circulate the air inside, or using a battery fan.
