I have one that has a dial to easily turn it backward 1 hour instead of going forward, but it's nothing special. I'd say just look at amazon and scroll through the pictures so you can see what kind of buttons/controls it has. Also find one that has more than 1 alarm. Idk how many different wake up times you need, but many alarm clocks have two alarms, some might have more. Mine even has a weekday/weekend/everyday setting for each alarm which might prevent you from having to change it often. Mine is similar to this one for what it's worth but they changed it so it's not the same.
