https://a.co/d/0baYnf2w There are tons of options like this. At base of your "hotdog" on each side there are little pockets that your "beans" depended from. You simply put the beans back in the little pockets. It's much easier after time on hrt because you're beans are going to shrink a lot. Then you stretch and hold the hotdog and and put it between your "buns". Honestly you don't need to pull it back hard or anything. I wear leggings daily and tuck all day long with this method. If you pull back hard it will be uncomfortable.
