You might laugh cause I’m a guy but it’s actually a prenatal multi vitamin call fullwell. A friend’s wife was taking it and talking about how good they feel and that it’s 3rd party tested and premium etc. All the ingredients are so good that I just use it as a daily multi to eliminate a lots of other separate bottles.
