Consider something like this, has a built in speedometer. May not be the reason you're getting that secondary speedometer for the dash or what not, but this is the dash cam I plan to get eventually. For now I have one that works fine front and rear dash cam though.WolfboxG900 Dashcam As for the fuses I don't see why you couldn't tap into the same one as the electricity its pulling is very minimal compared to other things.
