That is likely a clone of a Shimano coaster brake style hub (CB-E110). (It may be a real one.) Anyway, it should have three bearings and two brake shoes. I would just replace everything. The easiest way to fix it is to buy a coaster brake hub on Amazon for under 20 bucks. (First link below.) Take it apart, while taking pictures of the process with your phone. Re-assemble into your hub.
