You can get longer bolts and a couple disc rotors spacers and stack the rotor and spacers on top of the sprocket or do the same thing but using male to female standoffs like this https://a.co/d/06pYH4Fi I use 203 rotor with a maximum size of 36 tooth sprocket. Make sure to use locktite or you will have a very bad day. You can also use a hub adapter and a sprocket with big enough center hole to fit over the disc rotor mount but you may need spacers for the rotor as well for clearance of the chain width.
