You're looking for an IDE to USB. Note you'll need special considerations to power the drive since it takes 12v. I've never personally used this one, but it looks like this adapter could fit the bill: https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-FIDECO-Drive-Cable-Universal/dp/B0919N4XNW
