No, not at all. I promise. The tampons are individually wrapped in plastic, so they do have that specific scent a little. But the liners are loose in the box. I looked them up for you. I agree with u/hekailin: Walmart's Equate panty liners are a very close match. I use the regular length variety that comes in a box of 129. (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate-Liners-Regular-Unscented-129-Count/353705776) Previously, they had the purple flower backing, but the newer ones have the blue geometric backing.
