Lots of great suggestions in here. I carry these with me everywhere I go and take one or two before I go out the door on a hot day. Heat bothers me more than the cold. They’re buffered and I’ve never had an upset stomach, taking them by themselves, unlike table salt. I consider them cheap insurance. https://a.co/d/0cWl6bhN
