highly recommend citronella incense if you havent tried them yet. mosquitos find us based on what we expel when breathing out and the citronella masks said scents/compounds. i think the smoke from the incense is what makes the difference over other citronella repellants. ur less likely to attract them overall and they burn for a WHILE this is specifically what i use
