I would recommend This one I found at Best Buy or something similar, 1080p is great for Google Docs and the 100 hz refresh rate might help you a little bit with scrolling all the way down in Google Sheets smoother. for the extra $20 you could find some dongle in classic Mac fashion with their 2 ports you could get this one off of amazon link. I just want to note that I have no experience with refresh rates higher than 60hz whatsoever so feel free to disregard my monitor choice but I found it for cheap after a bit of googling and looking.
