get a standard finder dovetail mount, something like this: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B072BWKC5T get one with slots not holes so you have more wiggle room to match the holes in the tube - so not this one: https://www.amazon.com.au/Astromania-Dovetail-Mounting-Holes-Screws/dp/B0140U9R54 (check the hole separation before buying; the one that i linked is 37mm from one hole extent to the other) you’ll also need hardware - those existing screws won’t have nuts. you’ll need something to go through the dovetail and tube, but isn’t too long. Any appropriately sized bolt/nut will do
