I use these ring spacers from Amazon for my Gen 2 after losing a bunch of weight. They work like a champ. It would be even better on the Gen 3 because you can keep them on the ring while you charge since the charging post is so small. I also still use then with my Even Realities R1 ring - they are stick on and forget 'em.
