The way I've gotten myself to brush regularly, is an electric brush (you can get a rechargeable one from Amazon for as little as $10 - the one I use is https://a.co/d/0ah7ebNN) and kids toothpaste (I usually use Crest Disney Princess bubblegum flavour, but I also like their strawberry flavour). I know you're only 15, but a $10 toothbrush shouldn't be a huge ask imo - and I grew up lower middle class. The brush I linked is also waterproof, which means shower-brushing is fine. I set a 3 month reminder on my phone calendar for replacing the head, and charge it when I replace the head. Give yourself grace. As you grow, you'll find little tips and hacks that help you adult. 💜
