Are they carpenter ants, the big black ones? If so, this is the only thing I've tried that works perfectly within a day or so - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BS2F1WF. Let them go for this and take it back to the nest. I do assume this works for any ants, however I haven't had any other ants inside.
