I would like it if I can use it as a normal bbq also do you mean a grill? my personal answer is to head to academy and buy an Old Country Pecos smoker then get a couple of aftermarket grates to replace the bullshit they come with. It's about 2 meters wide, will cook 2 briskets, and the firebox can be used as a grill if you get the better grates. I use these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NXB82WL and they fit fantastically. One beneath the coals for air other on the top grill rails in the firebox (When using). then take the OEM "coal" plates and move them to the cook chamber for adjustable baffle plates. Then invite me down for the first cook (i'm in Austin).
