There's a few products offering beginner boxes, I would look at those. https://www.amazon.com/Magic-Gathering-Foundations-Starter-Collection/dp/B0D9KYHN4D https://www.amazon.com/Magic-Gathering-Airbender-Half-Decks-Playboards/dp/B0FHJGN2S6 https://www.amazon.com/Magic-Gathering-Half-Decks-Playboards-Spindowns/dp/B0G87JWX8L

I think you should start off by playing magic arena it's a really helpful tool, or if you have a friend playing it in person either with a couple packs of jumpstart or the beginner box, Jumpstart is a game mode where you shuffle two of these packs together and then play a opponent who does the same, the beginner box has a whole bunch of those preset themed packs and a set of tutorial ones that your not supposed to shuffle. Each Jump start pack has it's own theme and strategy and if you reorginize the packs after you shuffle them you can have your own ecosystem of just atla cards and treat it like it's it's own card game! (Someones jumpstart collection organized) You can also get normal ATLA packs and then just play with your friends, having a couple of people you want to get in and your own localized card pool is often better than jumping right into a standard or commander event. And I know I linked amazon links but go to your local game store if you have one! Mention your a new player, don't expect goodies but sometimes they have free decks or product and often a beginner event running, it's also better to support them a business if you want somewhere to play consistently.
