Probably better than a big objective lens scope which would be higher. But just look at the side profile you can literally draw an imaginary line from the top of the receiver (which you add about and inch or so to for your sight height ) over to where the comb is. That stock has a huge drop , like way angled down. You could do something besides the velcro pad thing and like tape the foam to the top of it. They sell foam pads like this , will probably have to cut to fit as thats a decently thin stock. comb risers
