Go on Amazon, grab a dusting applicator, a bag of pest grade diatomaceous earth, and a cheap full mask (like https://www.amazon.com/Face-Cover-Respirator-Woodworking-Construction/dp/B0GYDX7K92). The latter is not strictly necessary, just easiest/least hastle. Dust everywhere you think they might be coming from. Under baseboards, in the outlets, around your bed, etc. If you have pets, wash any surface they can sniff after applying. It's non-toxic but if they (or you) breathe too much in in a short period of time the lungs will not be happy. It's basically shards of glass 12nm or smaller.
