This Castle Art set is going for £37 on sale, I haven't personally tried them but just from looking at them the colour names are written on the barrel and you get 120 pencils for your money, that's perfectly suitable for colouring book use. Faber Castell Black Edition would also be a good budget option, they don't have the numbers written on the barrel so I'd recommend looking for and printing off a premade swatch sheet for them (and whichever pencils you do choose) for future frame of reference since you won't have the colour name on the barrel forever. If you bump up your budget more I'd recommend Derwent Chromaflow, these are a bit more expensive but for your money you could get plenty of pencils for colouring and refill them via open stock as you run out. Wait for a sale on these as I was able to snag the full 150 set for £110 (down from £182) on Amazon, you could get smaller sets for cheaper that way.
