You can try the Vgate iCar Pro 2S. It supports auto-sleep, which is very helpful and reduces battery drain when you're not driving. Some inexpensive adapters, such as the KVAEY OBD-II adapters, will work as well, but they typically do not support auto-sleep. https://www.amazon.com/Vgate-iCar-Pro-Android-Windows/dp/B0CYZRMCK9

Hi u/curiousjane456 - Haha - no worries! The OBD-II connector is located below the dash, to the left of the steering wheel. I use the VGate iCar Pro 2S every day. It's available for $34 USD on Amazon. Here's a link for you: https://www.amazon.com/Vgate-iCar-Pro-Android-Windows/dp/B0CYZRMCK9?sr=8-6

Hi u/urpwnd - I'm a fan of the VGate iCar Pro 2S for this reason. It only consumes 3mA of current when it enters its sleep state after 15 minutes of BLE inactivity. Here's a link to it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Vgate-iCar-Pro-Android-Windows/dp/B0CYZRMCK9?sr=8-6

Hi u/PsychologicalYak6508 - you will need an adapter that plugs into the OBD-II port, which is located below the dash, to the left of the steering wheel. It needs have a BLE radio (not classic Bluetooth, not WiFi, not LTE). It needs to support the ELM327 command set, the most basic set is all that is needed. There are many of these available for sale on places like Amazon -- avoid the super cheap ones ($5-$15) simply because of quality control issues I've encountered. You might get a good one, you might get a bad one. My daily driver is the $34 USD adapter from VGate -- the VGate iCar Pro 2S. I think it is a very good value. https://www.amazon.com/Vgate-iCar-Pro-Android-Windows/dp/B0CYZRMCK9?sr=8-6

No worries - I have a list of supported adapters on the support site here: https://www.theburl.com/ioniq-app/support.html My daily driver is the VGate iCar Pro 2S - I think it is a very good value, right blend of price/performance. It sells for $34 USD on Amazon, and they are offering a 15% off coupon at the moment. https://www.amazon.com/Vgate-iCar-Pro-Android-Windows/dp/B0CYZRMCK9?sr=8-6 I would avoid the ultra-cheap ones ($5-$15 range) -- only because I have seen them have quality control problems -- you might get a good one, you might get a bad one. You can try one out, but then have to deal with the hassle of it not working. I bought the $5 translucent ELM327 adapter from Amazon and it made my IONIQ 5 throw error codes! Other people have had success with that same adapter -- so your mileage may vary.
