You can buy a separate pump for it which I was advised to do since the ones with the pumps break down most due to the pumps. You can just add one amazon.com/gp/product/B000SM342Q/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_3?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 . We didn't end up needing one as were able to route it to our shower but that is what we were advised to do. We have 950 sq ft. It is definitely working. We just put it on "Dry" and "50" degrees and it just goes on and off on its own. It does make a noise when it goes on but it isn't a high one. It doesn't bother me at all. It was 251.00. Also I was advised to not hook up the wifi as if I do and it goes off, I have to manually reset it. If not on the wifi, it won't do that. It is supposed to be one of the best ones.
