They are also very good at noise blocking. I reuse them, so I can get a lot out of one box. They’re available at most grocery stores too. The only other thing that’s been decent has been Manta ear plugs in size XS, but even with those, I ended up removing the actual insert and filling it with a small plug of silicone. Ultimately I prefer just the silicone—I found my ear got a bit sweaty with the Manta ear plugs, which led to some irritation—but YMMV. My full setup is silicone plugs in my ears, and a mask with Bluetooth discs at full volume. Plus a nasal opening strip for good measure. It’s a whole production but the sleep is so good!
look into wax for sleeping and swimming, it wont go far into your ears but you can at least cover the edge. on top of that can put thick wool or cotton between your ears and the ear muffs.
