I'm seeing a lot of people mention sports bras, and I agree, they will help, but be sure to get a few that are front-closing. You will not be able to work with those annoying ones you have to pull over your head. I got these mostly cotton ones that were inexpensive and very comfortable. I wore them for a very long time after my mastectomy since underwires were very painful (you probably won't have this issue with a lumpectomy).
