I’m sorry to hear that. Not all wagons are made equally. When I was researching, I avoided the wagons with the hard molded plastic wheels, and got one with rubber wheels. I searched online for 3-4 weeks, just poking around here and there, until one that I determined was good quality went on sale, and then I pounced. (I’m a weirdo when shopping for things over $100, tho…I over research and give a lot of time before buying, waiting for a sale after I’ve done the research and know what to look for.) I ended up getting this wagon for $115 plus tax on sale, and 3 years later, I can confirm it’s high quality. It can handle big heavy grocery runs that I can walk to: https://a.co/d/0gpR6Jcl
